 COVID- 19

Lil' Saints Soccer is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for their players, coaches, volunteers, staff, and all families involved.

It is our mission to get players back on the soccer field again where they can grow physically, socially, and emotionally, and we plan to do so in a way that will minimize Covid-19 risks.  We take Covid-19 seriously and will follow rules and regulations set forth by Governor Inslee as well as any rules implemented by the school district regarding field use.  Because Covid-19 is an ever changing situation, we expect families to be understanding and flexible while we work through any necessary changes.  Just know that we will always do everything in our power to keep kids on the soccer field where they can be involved in healthy activities and have fun.

Currently, (as of Jan. 20th, 2022) Players, coaches, referees, and spectators are no longer required to wear masks while attending or participating in outdoor sports of moderate contact as long as there is less that 500 people attending the event at any given time.  Because we operate in two sessions each evening and spread our games and practices out over 3 days, we stay below this number in attendance at any given time.  Our jamboree is the only event where we have more than 500 people attending at once.  So, under current rules, the jamboree is the only event in which players and their families will be required to wear masks due to the number of people attending the event at the same time.  With that being said, players will not be required to wear masks while warming up and playing in their games, but will be required to wear them when their team is not playing.  We thank you for understanding and following the rules and regulations.

The rules regarding mask use and Covid-19 rules and regulations could change at any time as the state update laws, and/or if the school district implements stricter rules.  We are bound by their rules and regulations because we use their fields, and all participants must abide by these rules in order to participate.  While masks are currently not required outside and are optional we still encourage the use of regular hand washing and/or hand sanitizer, and social distancing as much as possible.  Also, players should stay home if they or someone in their family is sick and showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19.  If someone in your family has tested positive for Covid-19 all members of the family should stay home until their quarantine period is over.  When we all do our part, we can limit the spread of Covid-19.
